These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Agent Help platform, provided by Agent Help (Pty) Ltd (“Agent Help”), a South African company. By signing up for or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Agent Help provides an AI voice-receptionist platform that answers inbound calls, books appointments, and sends WhatsApp or email confirmations and reminders on behalf of client businesses, together with a member portal and analytics dashboard.
Accounts and billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly, with no long-term lock-in contract and no setup fees.
- Call minutes and message volumes are subject to the limits of your selected plan; usage beyond those limits is billed at the applicable per-minute or per-message rate shown at signup.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Agent Help to: violate any law; send unsolicited or misleading communications; impersonate another person or business; or interfere with the operation or security of the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, scripts, and booking rules you configure, and for obtaining any consents required to lawfully process your callers’ personal information (see our Privacy Policy and POPIA page).
Service availability
We aim for high availability across our South African infrastructure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for outages caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party telephony, network, or utility failures.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Help’s liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time in accordance with the billing terms above. We may suspend the service immediately for non-payment or breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
